This is a story about a simple girl and a heartrob boy that actually face the fact that their parents arranged their marriage when their still young.
But something came up Dave's parent was ambush because her parent is the master of samurai in japan, he break up with mayumi because he is afraid that he will lose mayumi forever but after 4 years they came back to each other because he cannot hide the fact that he is still in love with mayumi.
Mayumi graduate after 4 years as a doctor she is still hurt by the fact that dave broke her heart before and now that they see each other again what will happen....Let's see if they will still catch up or not...
