Shepherd of The Wolf Pack

The land was cold and bare as my paws pounced across it, my speed accelerated at the scent of the deer. My eyes narrowed on my prey, I took the chance and pounced forward. My hind legs boosting me forward.

I landed on the deers back taking it down, I sunk my teeth into its neck, I stayed this way till its body fell limp. I pulled my teeth out, my mouth covered in blood. "Good job, Hawk" Ghost barked slowly making his way towards me.

His red eyes looked into my dark brown ones as I sat on my hind legs, my front paws placed in front of me. "Thank you, sir" I said, bowing down to the alpha. Lucy padded up next to her mate, "Quite impressive, Hawk" She compliments.

I smile, "Thank you, M'lady" I say politely. If you don't have manners with the alphas. Your dead, I learned that the hard way. She winks at me before padding back to her den. I look back to Ghost who smiles and returns to his den with Lucy.

I turn around and enter into the hunters den, feeling not one bit uneasy like I had before when I first was taken into the pack. My black and brown fur matched with only one wolf, Akira.

I dropped down next to her and cuddled into her fur. She chuckled and placed her paw over my shoulder, "Hey Hawk" She smiles licking my head. "Hey Akira" I smile looking up to her.

"I just took my hunters test.." I say excitedly. "Did you pass?" She questions, curiosity blinking in her eyes. I nod smiling brightly towards her. She smiles and licks my forehead. I close my eyes and cuddle more into her warm fur, "I love you, Akira" I mumble nuzzling her. "I love you too, Hawk" She replies.
