A very dark piece. Alice in wonderland meets Coraline in a story about a young girl Ava. Who struggles with her Mom and her Boyfriend's arguing. So she resorts to one of the only places that could keep her safe. Her own little wonderland.
"Whenever I felt sad, or lonely, or if my mommy wasn't here. I would go somewhere else. A place where I can always be happy.
There would be a tall man, that looked like the guy on the penny. A lady with a really pretty white dress. And my best friend Daphne would always be there too. I still remember the first day I met her."
