A series of humorous (I hope) letters back and forth between the guy who lives above her, and poor Leah, who is annoyed out of her mind.
Leah happens to be a college student, who is stressed as hell. The goody-two shoes inside her doesn't let her swear or whatever you want to call it. Curse, cuss.... she doesn't. However, her neighbor has no problem doing just that (improvised of course).
To Leah, Ruth is a guy, who lives above her and makes a bunch of noise at night. Blasting on music, stomping on the floor... he definitely knows how to get on her bad side.
Let's just say that getting on Leah's persistant arse's bad side, is one of the worst mistakes someone can make. As small as she is, she could sure talk.
When the loud noise, gets unbearably loud after 9 pm on her day off, Leah writes a letter to the annoying offender upstairs.
It starts something like......
'Dear pie hole upstairs....'
