"Max led me down the hall to Eric's office. He knocked twice on the door before walking in and holding his hands behind his back. "your new assistant, sir, Tris Prior."
He wasn't alone in the room; there were two other men present who were seated in front of his desk. Tris watched with interest as Eric stood from his chair and strode around his desk to where she stood.
"We've met," Eric said with a smug grin on his face. With that Max walked out of the room, closing the door behind him."

Eric Lets Go
Dauntless has created an image for Eric after an incident during his initiation and no one knows the real him nor do they want to know the real him. When it is time for new initiates, he has to overlook their training as part of his leader training. When an Amity transfer gets a little too close to Eric, she wants to know who he really is, NOT the ruthless leader image he projects to be. Eric doesn't know how to react because no one has ever tried to get close to him before so how should he react? Will he react in a good or bad way? Does she despise the real Eric or will she help him let go of the past and love the real him? All rights/ credits go to Veronica Roth. The Transfer (A Divergent backstory to Eric)
This is a backstory for Eric. I've taken bits and pieces from the Divergent series and also the movie. I also used the book about Four that recently came out. It takes you through his journey through initiation on in to leadership. He also develops a love interest that isn't in either the books or the movie. I wanted him to have a softer side that only she'll see.
