Jeffery Woods was sentenced to a top of the state sanatorium by his mother for the murder of local teenagers, Randy Warren, Troy Mackoy and Keith Sloan.

She believed that he could get better and return to a normal family. But life is not so easy in a place where the sane die fast. With the doctors trying his every last patience.

Can he find stability, in an already unstable facility.

This is set in a world where instead of killers. The pasta are just mentally insane patients at a sanatorium , each will have their own back stories and such.
