The interplanetary war has finally come to an end after humans have successfully colonise and integrate in 'foreign' communities but not everyone agrees with their efforts and believes that humans should have left these communities well enough alone, Charlotte is one such freedom fighter and in her quest to try and rewrite history she's gotten herself into a precarious situation that is slowly killing her and she needs help before it's too late.

Dylan is a war hero that is struggling to get a grip on his life since the war ended nearly a year ago. In his drunken stupor he meets a young woman who is one of few to challenge him but she mysteriously disappears when he's chasing after her.

Two worlds collide but they need each other more than they realised.
