But Chai does care about the natural disaster that sweeps everything he has ever loved, away.
Chai goes to the city, hoping for mercy from the alley-cats, and shockingly receives some when he encounters his father, Palepelt, and his long lost half-sister, Mouseheart.
Mouseheart lacks of recognition and doesn't trust her half-brother. If Chai can't earn his sisters trust, the group of city cats may eliminate him from shelter forever.
