They say the streets are a bad place at night, the air thick with the stench of marijuana and the street lights flickering with little hope of being fixed, people slumped against the dumpsters with a needle sticking from the crook of their arm. They tell us to choose sides between good and bad, right from wrong and that the only safety you have is from the ones closest to you, the ones who have your back. But don't let them fool you, no one is truly ever safe not even in the cozy comfort of a secure home. Once the sun goes down and the moon comes up, the creatures come out to play, eyes cold from years of brutality the only thing that shows are their sadistic smiles. Because everyone is out for blood. ••• "So...tell me, Althea, can you squeeze caprisuns outta those jugs or just milk" "just mil- wait. what? you moron I can't 'squeeze' anything out of them. Do I look pregnant to you?" I narrow my eyes at the blondie sitting in front of me. "Well if you want my honest opinion those pants have gotten a little....what are you guys doing?" He cuts off looking behind me. I turn seeing the boys freeze from shaking their heads, Rian had his finger paused midway across his throat. "anyway....your pants have gotten a tish bit tighter.."
