Gean has been having trouble; her aunt has cancer. You'd think that that'd make her family come closer together, but the opposite happens; with her aunt in the hospital, Dad comes to her aid, which means that he's never home, and of course, that means her mom is always at work making enough money to pay for daily expenses. Even worse, she's forced to stay at her aunt's cottage over summer break, to look after her stuff while she's at the hospital. Gean has no idea, whatsoever, how she is going to be able to keep her life in order and keep what's left of her family together in this creaky old cottage. But what she doesn't know is that there's magic like no other all around. All she has to do, is find it.
Elliot Jensen and Elliot Fintry have a lot in common. They share the same name, the same house, the same school, oh and they hate each other but, as they will quickly learn, there is a fine line between love and hate.
