A ghetto area, where not many people have a good education. Katie tries to get into the school In North winchester, however, she'll have to leave all her favorite things behind for 8  months. Katie then looks online for a new school, and finds one. Katie runs away with her dog to help her find this school, as it's not in the US... It's in Scotland.
