Castiel struggles to disobey direct orders from Heaven, an unknown Angel is ordering him to kill Dean Winchester at any cost, for some reason Castiel can't refuse and has no memory of whom it is commanding him to do so.
Meanwhile Dean Winchester is struggling to shake the nightmares of Hell and Purgatory, the only thing that used to sooth him was the Angel, Castiel, but now he's missing.
