When sixteen year old Rin wakes up among the shadows of a dark island, she racks her brain for an explanation. She is unaware of how she got there, and unaware of how to leave. She soon comes to know that she isn’t stranded alone, but with several other teenagers as clueless as she is. 

They are then forced to take part in the Test, a series of brutal competitions, with only a single winner. Rin and the others are warned that the fate of a loser isn’t so good. 

But then, they notice something unusual about themselves. Additionally, trusts are broken, people are changing, and some teens seem to know more than they should.

Rin is thrust into a world she doesn’t understand, while batting challenges and surprises. But what happens when she starts developing feelings for one of her rivals? And how will she react when she finds out the truth about why she is there?
