Raven is different. She had a difficult life with the onslaught of bullying in her childhood, her parents' divorce, fighting, dysphoria, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Though, Raven thinks these are all normal, in the sense that it can happen to another person.
What sets her apart from the rest is her mind.
Raven does not think like the average teenage. She has exceptional skill in decision-making and rational thought. She is dexterous in reading people's emotions around her and often can predict events before they happen. She knows her emotions well to the point in which when she needs to, she can control them. She is an agile fighter fast, flexible, and calculating. She was well known for her infamous kicks, faster than lightning, which can knock a grown man unconscious.
Was... She WAS well known...
Raven no longer holds her title, she gave it up long ago to her past. She just wants to live life as normal as she possibly can, but the thing is, she can not comprehend what a normal teen's life entails. She has done and seen things that most teens would never experience, even when they are adults.
Why does she feel so... alone, dissatisfied, board? Everyday life to her is dull because no one around thinks even remotely like her. How can she have good conversations when she has to dumb down her vocabulary just to get her point across to the other teenagers? She is hiding behind a mask of comical pride. That changed when one day she fought again and she lost all of her 'friends'.
This was not her ending, because this was her beginning.
This is the story of when soulmates meet...
