It's the apocalypse and Dean is about to give in to be Michael's vessel when a very special angel comes to talk with him. But his chat with the devil doesn't end well as both are taken up heaven by the heaviest hitter heaven's got, the archangel Michael. Their unplanned trip to heaven ends with both Lucifer and Dean being thrown from heaven into the cage in hell, as Lucifer saves dean's life the two find themselves trapped in the cage together as they start to work out their feelings for one another and form a bond stronger than love.
