Jake was just a normal teenage boy. Normal problems, normal friends, even a normal school bully. Until the dream. Jake has been having nightmares for several weeks now. Always very similar. It isn't until one night when he's sucked into the nightmare itself that His life will never be the same. ( I've been working on this for a really long time. If any readers or writers in the community want to give suggestions for edits. The first half of the story give or take was written a long time ago. So it may not follow the same writing style. I think the characters have evolved really well in the story and I'm excited for feedback. )

On his first day at Winterlake High he began crushing on one of the students. It was a guy named Liam. He's one of the popular student. He's tall, outgoing and very attractive. He has everyone and everything in his grasp. He can do whatever he pleases at school. He began bullying Harvey on the second day of his arrival. It became more violent in the recent months. What could be the reason for this? How will the school react to Harvey's wide range of skills and talents? The large cats and mongrels that typically fought against each other, banded together under one beast. It was a monstrous wolf the size of a lion with fur as white as the moon itself. "One by one, the beasts neared the town as they followed from behind the white wolf. As the villagers fled into their homes, the priest and his daughters gathered the day-hunters to his side. They watched as the approaching monsters stood and stalked the village fence. The wolf was strong and smarter than the rest. Even in its guttural snarling voice, it managed to speak to the priest. 'You've trespassed too long. Abandon your homes or forsake your lives.' The priest refused without hesitation and stared the ten-foot wolf down." Chicago had never greeted the Valentines with open arms. Instead it greeted them with a slap in the face and reality served on a silver platter. Living with such a large family and such a small income was harder than anyone could have imagined especially when your best form of income comes from your mom being a hooker. Alexander is a middle child in the large family. At the prime age of fourteen he's starting to become confused about many things in his life such as where he fits in, what he wants to do when he's older and his sexuality. Nolan is in the same boat. Though he is not part of the Valentine family he got the privilege of living down the street from them. He had a slightly smaller family with only a slightly better income. But the only things Nolan feels he needs is astronomy, books and his best friend Alexander who is always getting them into trouble.
