I Refuse to Fall in Love

Dana was like any other girl always trying to fit in, yet she always stood out. Dana loved reading way more than all her friends. Oddly her favorite genre was romance but when it came time in a young girls life to start a relationship, Dana refused. She hated the thought of being tied down to someone and hated belittling herself with the dumb boys in her school. She wanted freedom and didnt care about her "relationship status" So in the summer of her sweet sixteen birthday, she and her family go on a little vacation to North Carolina. The open air, and the warm breezes mixed in with the scents of nature made Dana feel alive. She felt as if she was on top of the world until a boy named Evan showed up in her life
