The Pact of Division

This pact, agreed upon by the leaders of the humans and the werewolves, states that no werewolf from the Blue Moon Pack is allowed to cross the into the territory of the town of Woodpine.

If any does pass into the territory, the penalty is death.

The humans know that the werewolves are not supposed to be in their town.

They know the werewolves live in the forest nearby.

They know a child was attackd by a werewolf recently.

They are willing to wipe away the entire pack for the uninteneded "crime" of one wolf.

But they don't know that this werewolf actually saved the child's life, the one they mistook to have been attacked.

They don't know that they have a werewolf in their midst, aided by their best werewolf hunter's dauhter.

They don't know that this werewolf is the mate to the Alpha of the werewolf pack.
