2055, the world finally reached world peace. All races, sexualities, genders, religions and nationalities were equal. Prejudice was unheard of.

2087, the government started to become interested in conducting experiments on regular people, especially pregnant women.

2089, the first child with red eyes is born as a result of a failed experiment on a pregnant woman. Though, it was seen as a mutation from society's viewpoint. Red eyes quickly grew to be feared.

2103, more than 25% of the worlds population had red eyes. They were oppressed and assaulted in public. It was dangerous for a red to even step outside their house.

2195, the world is (un)equally divided in two. 50%, with red eyes, and 50% with blue, as a result of gene abnormalities. Under no circumstances are blues to talk or communicate with reds in anyway and vice versa. Reds are being oppressed more than ever, and all have populated the eastern part of the world. Blues dominate, they live in the western part of the world as to not stumble across any reds. Although, an increase in protests and riots from the reds is causing them to invade the west. Everywhere is unsafe.

This is a story, about a blue and a red.
