Frank is thrust all too suddenly into a new life, one where he's not warmly welcomed. He's the best goddamn hockey player he knows, though, and he's not going to let anyone take that away from him. Or at least, not until his world comes tumbling down.
PLEASE be advised, this fic is going to deal with rape, it is going to be a little more mature than some of the other stuff I've written, and I want everyone to know what they're getting into before starting this fic (however, small spoiler, I want it to be clear that neither Frank nor Gerard is the rapist, so if that would fuck you up as much as it would fuck me up, than you don't have to worry about that).

After waking up on his bathroom floor, he knows it's gone too far, but he's just letting everything slip out of his hands. That is, until Frank appears out of nowhere and tells him to stop. Frank Iero just needs someone. His mom is never around, and his dad is out of the picture, leaving him all alone. He doesn't have any friends, and he feels like he's just fading into oblivion and no one really cares. Really, he's all on his own, and he needs someone. But he never thinks he'll have anyone. That is, until Gerard. So they're both pretty fucked up. But they need each other, and they want each other, and they're determined to make it work. It isn't always easy, in fact, it rarely seems to be. But it's all a bit better if they can just hold each other's hands through it.
