When a newcomer arrives in a small village around a lake in western New York, where everyone knows each other and has been with each other since birth, how will he cope with feeling like an outsider and possibly falling in love?

This is my first story, so please don't judge too harshly. Also, please, I love constructive criticism but no useless hate, okay? This story has a few side ships, like GerIta, Spamano, really anything that goes with the story line unless I don't ship it.
