She began to pat around his face.

Her arm brushes against his coat, then she grabs it.
"The coat! I know this coat!"
"You do?"
"You are that wonderful smelling man that I spilled coffee on earlier! Did I just say that out loud? I mean, you were really sweet this morning, coffeeboy."
"Coffeeboy?"
"What? Is that not your name?" I asked, giggling.
"Dean, actually. And you are?"
