These children learn that these powers must be used wisely, for if used foolishly, the world will become a complete chaotic cesspool. The children soon find out that they are the descendants of elemental ancestors. They lived the life of regular humans and only exposed their power at home. Regular humans by day, Beings at night, these people never let any human know about them. Until one day. Jewel is a human. She lives the life of your average high school girl- a lot of friends, a nice family, and even a cute boyfriend! She likes her life and doesn't want to change it. Until she met The Beings. Not only does The Beings have powers, they know a secret. That secret is that a villain is coming to Earth that might end the life on this planet. Will Jewel stand by and watch? Or will she help save the Earth?

(Please read first two chapters for info, thank you!) For a long time, elemental magic has been widely known, used, and practiced. Elemental magic is based upon the four core elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Elemental magic is most prominent in England, where many mages gather to learn and research elemental magic. However, during the early 1500's, the Fire Outbreaks happened. Several various fire mages suddenly swept through and destroyed the smaller cities of England, killing many in their way and leaving no survivors. Due to this the Council of Magic, the governing figure of elemental magic, issued an act - The Anti-Fire Act. This effectively banned any and all use of fire magic within all of England. The Council of Magic was later changed to the Triumvirate in the 1540's, and from then on are set on killing off every last fire mage. Allen Fleming, a 15 year old air mage, wishes to attend the Magical Knights Academy. The academy is where many young, prominent mages attend to improve their use of magic, and eventually become a magical knight. Magical knights are the respected mages who protect the cities of England and keep its citizens safe. But in order to even attend the academy, Allen must first pass the entrance exam. However, Allen's magic is extremely weak and he relies mostly on his physical fighting ability. Air is considered the strongest element within England, and with his lack of air magic prowess, many mages hate and ignore him. But what many do not know, is that Allen possesses a second element - the fire element! Without knowing who his real parents are, and having to keep his fire magic a secret, Allen has to work hard if he ever wishes to become a magical knight and achieve his goals. However, with tensions rising within the Triumvirate, fire mages on the run, and other events happening behind the scenes, Allen must go from being the weakest to the strongest if he even hopes to stop what may be coming in the near future.

Academy Initia is where elementals, people who can control elements at there whim, go to train their abilities. There is water/ice (other wise known as frost), earth, wind, and fire. Fire and Frost elementals are kept apart since they can potentially kill each other from a touch. Though, when the Academy is attacked, it forces the officials to have the students work together to become more powerful as one. Forcing the fire and water elementals to interact. Then, they would hunt us down and try to use our powers to take over the world and other maniacal things. Yeah, not so fun. However, I'd like it if people knew how things really happened. You may see things on the news, and they may sound bad, but trust me, this is the real story. Because I'm an Elemental. And somebody needs to set the record straight.* [Action #101] [Fantasy #2] :: cover credit goes to the lovely ATXNNA :: *heyo so this book is pretty old, some (a lot of) spelling mistakes, some (a lot of) plot holes, but if you're looking for some fast paced action and some sarcasm and some cliche romance you should honestly just go to the second book but yeah, this has got that, just with, you know, the glaring faults in the story line. Just a warning.
