Short Story Society is a project in which I'll write a story each week in December. For more information, check out my blog (link in description).
Story 1: Stardust, Hopes and New Beginnings. (Theme: Beginnings)
A story about about someone who feels stuck in life and decides to leave everything and just go.
Story 2: Fangs and Flowers (Theme: Retellings)
A girl wanders through the forest at night, in the hope of finding a magical flower that will save her sister. She's haunted by stories of wolves, witches and a dead girl, but are they real?
Story 3: The Hooded Angel (Theme: Hidden)
A science geek with a fear of heights is forced to fly.
Story 4: Let It Snow (Theme: Love/Christmas)
A Christmas fairy tale about a princes's fate. In order to save the kingdom she has to find true love, which is harder than it seems.

Legend says a beast like no other was sent from the depths of the underworld to conquer and destroy all life on earth... stories of the evil and monstrous creatures roamed throughout the lands. Tales were told to children about a dark forest that must never be ventured for the creatures within will devour whatever is in its sights ruthlessly. He was a beast but he was not cursed as one he was created as one. He could transform into a vicious monster; he had large wings that allowed him to sore through the sky along with incredible strength and speed that strikes fear and death into anyone before him. He stood nearly 7 feet tall with large rippling muscles making him appear larger and even more frightening in his beast form. He could transform from a beast to a human. He was feared. He had power. .... She was soft and gentle. She walked with grace and elegance. Her kindness would melt the heart of any evil and her beauty was like no other. Inside the Beast's Castle
"As soon as you believe you are a monster is when you become one." After many years of war, the kingdom of Edria is finally in an era of peace--peace obtained by one thing and one thing only. A deal. A beast prowls the west tower alone and confused around a glass vase holding a rose, its pedals dead around the delicate stem. Eternal winter freezes it's walls.
