The small country of Cavalia is at war with itself. One half is filled with criminals, delinquents, and those unlucky enough to be surrounded by them by chance. The other half is ran by The Salvation, filled with conforming citizens with crime being the last thing on their mind. The Salvation created a project, where they taken select members from the other side to save them from sin and let them join their society. When circumstances lead Ember Stafford to take part in the project, things are not at all what they seem. Can Ember keep her focus on her mission? Or will she conform to the ways of The Redemption Project?

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Abgeschlossene Geschichte
A Different Virus - Laura's Story
This is a second view point from my original story - A Different Virus - Heartfire. I highly advise reading the original book first. Intro: Laura was a happy child without a care in the world. She loved her parents and life was perfect. Nothing seemed like it could go wrong. People started talking about a bad flu that was spreading and sending some into a coma. Her parents grew worried and stocked the house in case of a pandemic. Months later another virus appeared. Her family was shocked when the news people started reporting that zombies were actually real and not just part of a horror movie. They were appearing in every country. Her parents reassured her that none of the zombie sightings had been anywhere close to them. Her life is turned upside down when her father ends up in hospital with the bad flu and mother exiles her upstairs for her safety. She was never allowed downstairs again. Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent? In order to force citizens to remain peaceful after the riots about birth control, the massive country of Americo decided to allow scientists to stimulate the afterlife once they die. If a citizen was good and broke no laws, then the scientists would stimulate Heav, the equivalent to Heaven. If a citizen broke a few minor laws, they would go for Rebirth, where they are born with the same personality and mind, just different looks. If a citizen goes to jail for more than 15 years, the scientists would stimulate Ell, the equivalent to Hell. Lorian Hurando, director of the Afterlife Project, knows things about the system that few people know about. But when a letter arrives in the ocean of death threats one day that tells him to 'retire' or he will be in grave danger, he took the chance and retired. The letter is one in a series of letters that is all from a mysterious sender initialed H in cursive. When the final letter tells him to shut down the Afterlife, he must decide between right and wrong. But first he must know which is which. Heather Dia is the daughter of a store manager. When her dad is falsely accused and is sent to Ell, she is heartbroken and decides to get revenge on Director Lorian and leads him on a wild goose chase in order to shut down Afterlife, telling him that he will be in grave danger. Follow our main character as she travels around the planet to try and save it, crossing paths with the horsemen of the apocalypse who mean to destroy everything in their path. Is our main character able to overcome terrific odds or is she part of the problem?
