Katie O'Brien is a normal 16 year old girl. She has had the same two best friends since preschool. Her brother, Dylan, goes to college in California while she is stuck in North Carolina. She hates this state. When the new boy in town decides he wants her and is not going to give up, she has to make the biggest and one of the most important decisions of her life.
