In this world things can go wrong in an instant. That little instant, that moment, it can change your whole life. It can change how you see the world around you. How you see the people around you. How do I know that? Well it happened to me. 

My name is Ambrosia Grace Drew but, my friend calls me Ace. I grew up in the backwoods of Alabama. When I was young I spent most of my time helping out on a farm just outside of the tiny town I called home. When I turned ten things started to twist. People looked at me differently. My body changed. Suddenly I could see things, hear things, feel things that I should not have been able too. My once blonde hair faded into a snow white. My boring blue eyes changed into an electric silver that scared people so bad I started wearing sunglasses everywhere. And when I turned sixteen the transformation took a turn for the worst. 

Listen to my story and read my struggle. Maybe then someone will understand not only why I became a hero. But how.
