So I've recently gotten into poetry and since most of y'all don't know who I am or who they're about I decided to upload them here. All poems are 100% mine and may not be used for anything else. Btw I know they all suck. I'm very new at this and don't know any of the rules to poetry. But I might decide to take a class on it. MELANCHOLY | Melancholy drips from my fingertips. SOON TO BE A PUBLISHED PAPERBACK. COMING 2025! This melancholy drips from my fingertips so slowly, you begin to forget I even exist. All of me, the hard parts of flesh you could never seem to love, drips down the drain. I am waiting for the day for your fingers to unscrew the pipes, dig through debris and mess, scrape your heart against the rust, just to find me, so we can go through it all over again. Here, in the pages I find myself, in the ink that writes against my flesh, I will whisper the sadness, the heartache, and the decaying for all of the unspoken. why does falling in love really hurt?? like, i just love! why does it make me so hurt. and then, i realized... love arrives like a storm tearing down walls i didn't know were there exposing the raw nerve endings of my heart it hurts because feeling is terrifying but the ache is also the proof that i am alive .....
