monsters were released 10 months ago. and sense people weren't doing so kindly for monsters with money and housing, the government decided that there will be a program where you can give monsters a shelter...which is your own. you will get paid for housing and caring for monsters. so your parents decided to sign up for the program only for the money. what happens when they're monsters in your house?
