When Matt, an optimistic, kind hearted high school senior, is kicked out of his father's house, he finds shelter in his best friend Caleb's house. Normally, Matt would have seen Caleb's younger sister, Hope, as a friend, but between the drama with his father and his soon graduation, Matt is too stressed to say anything but the truth- he loves her. A battle between her young age and moral, Matt spends his every waking moment with her for the remaining six months of his adolescence. Throughout this short time, Matt finds himself questioning long nights and missed heart beats because all that matters to him is her, the antidote to all of his worst nightmares.
