Phil the outgoing and courageous man can't handle it. He simply cannot anymore. Dan goes through hell and back every day inside his mind. His thoughts are always deep and meaningful. Phil wants to just run and never stop. Dan wants to be locked away from society forever. They both desperately need a bit of sanity to hold onto. For both of them, there sanity is put in the other. They need each other to survive.
