Eventually, a sweet spot that imbues both graphicness and grace in one thrilling epic was discovered. Readers can revel in suspenseful action and quippy characters at the surface, or delve deeper to ponder theological themes and the grand meta-narrative of scripture underpinning it all. Interestingly, some of the fictionalizations of this narrative have borrowed inspiration from the experiences of my very own family stories that've come to pepper Trinacria in curious inklings.
