Ariel Allen had kept a secret for 3 years. A secret that nobody knows, not even her closest friends, not even her parents, and especially not even Chad.  But when things started to get messy, starting with a boy acknowledging her, she ponders on if she should take chances or not. 

A dare it is, that's what Shane Leon, the hottest guy and biggest player in school, thought. In a game of Truth and Dare, Shane was dared to date one of his bro's little sister for a whole month. To Shane, it was just a dare. But Ariel on the other hand, thinks it as a fairytale coming true! So what would Ariel do when she finds out everything was just a lie? Would Ariel's brother, Chad, still be able to stay friends with Shane once he finds out he has been playing his sister? And most importantly, did the "one month" relationship really mean nothing to Shane?

She didn't know if bad men would try to snatch her again and her only desire was to find a safe place she could live her pacific life, the way she did when her mom was alive.
