5 years ago random ghouls were disappearing off the streets, finally the CCG traced it down to a single 15 year old ghoul who they took in to use as there weapon as this ghoul only liked to cannibalize but what happens when a ghoul Cannibalizes to much you ask? Well it is certainly not a pretty sight
