Thrown together with CIA linguistics genius and master of disguise Audrey Kunitz, Chu fights against billionaire villain Colonel Sherman Gale's master plan. Adding complexity is Faith, Gale's alluring, vision-plagued teenaged daughter, with the face of an angel, the body of a pin-up and an unexplainable thing for Chu.extreme runner, martial arts expert and anti-hero.

Like Vince Flynn (Mitch Rapp) and Stephen Coonts (Jake Grafton)? Or James Huston, Richard North Patterson and Brad Thor? Give this a try.

Death of the Republic takes place in a world ten years in the future that finds America struggling to maintain its dignity. People have had it hard and have little else to turn to but belief in God and country.

Independent presidential candidate Reverend Robert Strong pulls together enough of the Christian vote to make a credible run for office. The handsome and affable Strong is backed by brother-in-law Sherman Gale, a former Marine colonel turned billionaire.

Colonel Gale is being investigated by Federal agencies. When FBI Agent Derrik Chu infiltrates the flourishing Christian community on his huge ranch in Wyoming, he is quickly discovered by Gale himself. Gale finds the young agent intriguing and offers him a job.

Chu gets more and more embroiled in events and the personal lives of Gale and his family, becoming strongly attached to the Colonel's children – particularly to the captivating and savvy Faith.

As the election draws nearer, and it is evident that Strong is destined to lose, Gale takes matters into his own hands driven by his fervent belief that it is God's will.

Follow Chu and his friends' desperate attempt to stop him, through a series of twists and turns that will keep the reader guessing until the end.
