We went trick or treating around a few blocks then went to a couple trunk or treats. There was a movie playing, it was "The Nightmare Before Christmas", I squealed like a little kid and me and Maggie begged Michael in unison. He had a smile on his face like the one a kid gets when they wake up on Christmas morning and sees all the presents under the Christmas tree.....
It was 10:30 when the movie ended and Michael was carrying a sleeping Maggie. We where driving in silence on the way home, not wanting to wake Maggie up, but out of nowhere a white van pulled up in front of us and slammed it's brakes, Michael did the same thing but tried to not hit the truck and turned, everything was happening so fast, next thing I knew everything went black...
