Prince Kumo Sunder, the only child of King Enfin, and next in line to rule Brunidein, is fifteen years old.

  Erede Erinn Sukaishika and his twin, Nylez, are the two heirs to the Draquinion throne. Going to their first Truce Meeting with their father, they encounter a spiky, jet- black haired prince by the name of Kumo. As the trio become close friends, tensions between the Draquinion Empire and the Kingdom of Brunidein rise, threatening to escalate into a bloody war.
