Hey! Cid here. Me and my dad were babysitting our neighbors and one of their daughters decided to write a book. And this is it. She wrote it all herself and chose all the pictures(off the internet).
However, I must warn you, the only thing I edited were names. The spelling and grammar are all her own.
Oh! And she wanted to make it very clear that the girl on the cover is not her.
It's super cute. I'm sure it'll give you a few laughs. So, without further ado, here's her story.

And then there's this other guy in her life. They met online by accident and have been talking for months but she's not brave enough to make it something real. Will Ashby is the all-around superstar on campus. He's practically royalty because he's the running back on the Ohio State Football team: one of the best college football teams in America. Will is the person guys want to be and guy girls want to be with. But in actuality, he'd rather blend in with the background noise. His only focus has been football and finishing his degree. That was until he met this girl. He doesn't even know her name or what she looks like, but she's the girl he'd want to be real with. Because of circumstances, Will needs an English tutor or he won't be able to play. And much to her dismay, Maya is the perfect person for the job. "Watch where you’re going nerd!" Someone said knocking me down, while sending my books flying. I let out a sigh as I crouched down, collecting my books from the floor. Once I got up I saw the person who called me nerd a few seconds ago was standing in front of me wearing a smug expression. "What's wrong nerd? Cat got your tongue?" I looked around the hallway, noticing that we’ve drawn a crowd. "What are you mute?" I rolled my eyes as I began to walk away, only to be pulled back and slammed against the lockers. I heard a few gasps coming from our audience. He seemed like a jerk, and judging by what he had just done, I was right. However, he was extremely good looking I had to give him that, with dark brown hair seemed sticking out in all directions and dark brown eyes. "Listen nerd, I don't know who you think you are but no one walks away from me when I talk to them. Got it?" He hissed at me. I let out a chuckle. This guy was unbelievable. "You don't own me, so I suggest you let go of me before I do something that you will regret." I said in a bored tone. His brown eyes narrowed at me, as he let out what seems to be a forced out laugh. "Oh, so the nerd does talk." I heard a few people snickering as he let go of my arm. "I am going to let you go, nerd. But, trust me this isn't over." Left for Dead (book 1 in the Super Nova series)
So this is a story I wrote about a girl named Nova. She lives in a world where everyone has a supernatural power. Nova is 13, and if a person's power doesn't show by the time they're 14, they're given to the Government to either be tested or killed. The Government basically makes all the decisions for the whole country. So, Nova's 13, and she still hasn't discovered her powers. When her birthday comes, she still has no power. She can either be sent to the Government, for either testing or death, or she can risk her life running away. I created this story, I created these characters, the characters and the plot are mine. Her Favorite Book(Rewrite)
This is a redone, more realistic, more detailed, more writing experienced version of "Her Favorite Book" I wrote that story in 2021, I'm pretty sure, and I was less experienced than I was compared to now. Looking back at the story, I realized I could have offended certain people with my depictions of the abuse in the Rosa household, as well as her relationship with Charlie, and how she seems to not care as much about him as an older sibling, especially a protective one, would act. All of these problems are going to be fixed and all the chapters will be edited. I would also like to make it clear, I might change a couple things in the book itself, like, for example, I'm changing Alex(Ryder's younger brother) into a little girl who only speaks Spanish, and her name is Allie. Also, Ryders household life before Stella(Why his mom works so much, why his dad isn't in his life, etc) will be written in more detail than before. If I offended anyone in the original version of this story, I deeply apologize.
