Nicole Moore and Chris Collins were high school sweethearts. They lived in a small town. Nicole the cheerleading captain and star soccer player, and Chris the football captain. They were the top of the social food chain, they were the it couple. One month before graduation, however Nicole mysteriously breaks up with Chris. No one knows why. They both finish high school and go to their separate colleges. Nicole in France and Chris in Alabama. Ten years later they return for their high school reunion. They see each other for the first time in ten years. Things were bound to blow up.
Lucas Petit is the new culinary arts director at Le Cordon Bleu, the place Nicole works, he is basically her boss. When Nicole suddenly gets a bad review he sits in on her class.
