Her eyes, they were vengeful as she walked through her many corridors to the front doors. Her legs moved on accord by themselves down the stairs. A body came flying through the already open doors and she side-stepped to avoid it, brushing a speck of blood off her jacket lazily.
Alpha Dalaney's navy orbs scanned the crowd for Damion. Her eyes caught him, fighting off a WinterFang and she admired him from afar. He was quite beautiful, if you looked close. His dark hair was mysterious and attractive, and his light eyes were captivating.
But yet again, that was not what Elvira truly thought. To her, his hair was too long, and greasy. And his eyes, to her they would look a lot better, in her palms, ripped out and looking grey and dead. She would gladly do that.
And so she called. "Damion!" Over the crowd. It reached his ears and he stopped fighting. Everyone did. He looked at her, standing at the top of her stairs, her posture tight and angry. She saw his Adams Apple bob as he gulped.
"Come here." She called once and her eyes darkened, her fingers striving to tighten around his throat. Oh, she was bloodthirsty, all right. A bit more that that, obviously.
The crowd parted for him as he walked through, his steps forced and the previous arrogance in his eyes disappearing quickly. She thought she even caught his knees buckle under her stare. Stupid, foolish, arrogant, scared, cowardly, Alpha Damion.
Someone was going to die tonight, whether her or him, she really wasn't sure.
The outcasts of their pack, Dylan and Casey meet the mysterious Grey who breaks the rules of mating practices by being their third soulmate and change their lives for the better, but when there's a chance they'll lose Grey, Casey must accept his destiny as the Alpha of his pack before everything goes up in flames. Literally.
*****
Grey Weathers thought he was going on a relaxing vacation with his "friend with benefits" pal, until he walks right into two people that seem like the perfect couple, Dylan and Casey. What he doesn't know is that this couple are actually mates. Dylan and Casey are a couple of werewolves and their instincts are telling them that Grey is more special than he knows.
Grey finds himself in the middle of family drama, bloody secrets and a plot that would like to see every supernatural creature wiped from the face of the earth. All this is a lot to deal with, especially when he's falling in love with not just one, but two people. Could they be falling in love with him too? Is that possible? To fall in love with someone like him?
