Her dad has a big company which is very successful, but to keep it successful he has to be moving around from one place to the other.
Claire has never had a place she can call home, because she has always been moving from one place to the other.
Because of that she has never really cared of making friends, because she knows she will lose them the moment she has to move AGAIN.
But what happens when her dad decides to stay in LA and she has to start making friends.
And to make matters worse she starts falling for the person she knows she shouldn't fall for...the school's golden boy Matthew Anderson also known as Matt.
She manages to kick him out of her mind just for him to start falling for her...
