Now a youngling, Lightning has found herself in a slight troublesome situation. While being sparkling sat by a family friend, the young femmeling complained of aches and pains all across her frame.

After a thorough scan and a long recharge, she has now discovered that she is capable of the art of transformation, as well as learning that she can potentially fly.

Now spending the next few days mostly in her genetically implanted alternate form, how will she react when her Sire tells her that he his incapable of flight and refuses to teach her because he strongly disapproves of the idea due to its dangers.

Will Ratchet allow this in time? Or will he prevent his young one from flight and keep her grounded so she doesn't grow up so fast?
