Bound by Sin and Soul
Synopsis: For over a decade, demons have ravaged the world after a mysterious traveller uncovered and shattered an ancient artifact etched with forbidden angelic runes. In doing so, they unknowingly unlocked the Gates of Hell-not as a single event, but as countless hidden fractures across reality itself. These portals, now seep demons into the human world, allowing them to grow stronger with each passing day. Whispers speak of a chilling truth-demons mark humans to drain their life force and replenish their magic, growing more dangerous with every soul. Daichi, a 27-year-old widower plagued by a lifetime of misfortune, finds himself marked by one such demon-a powerful and dangerously alluring creature whose true intentions remain a mystery. Does it seek to consume Daichi's soul... or something far more intimate? As Daichi teeters between survival and surrender, two unlikely allies take up the fight elsewhere: Junichiro "Xavier" Masashi, a high-ranking and battle-scarred General Demon Hunter, and a mysterious Hellhound bound to a mysterious master. Together, they investigate the origins of these evolving demonic threats-seeking out patterns, secrets, and the truth behind the growing invasion before the world collapses completely. Now, with Daichi trapped in a deadly bond and Xavier chasing shadows beside a creature born of flame and fang, both men face impossible choices. Between love and loyalty, salvation and sacrifice-can they change a world already burning? Or will desire undo them all? Summoned the Devil for a Date
I summoned him on accident, but since he's here... --- I turned to run but it was too late. He grabbed a hold of my arm and pulled me back towards him. "I hope you like water," he snickered as he effortlessly lifted me off my feet. Alarm bells were starting to ring in my head. "Put. Me. Down!" I screamed and shouted, struggling in his grip all while Lucifer wadded deeper into the water. "As you wish." Without warning, he dropped me. It was freezing and I couldn't breath. I struggled to push myself up as another wave washed over my head I was gasping for air as Lucifer laughed devilishly down at me. "Are you done?" I grumbled and splashed some water up at him. His laughter finally died down and I reached up for his hand, really hoping he'd take it. "At least help me up." I sputter, still trying to wipe the water out of my face. He does. I get a tight grip on his hand and pulled him toward me with all my strength. He's falling in seconds, splashing into the water beside me.Complete
