For several centuries, humans have lived a very 'ignorance is bliss' life in order to sustain peace and order around the world. A secret faction known as R.I.S.E was an underground society that had kept all details of 'abnormal humans' written in books so they could keep track of them and make sure that their 'abilities' were in check. R.I.S.E primary objective and the reason it was started was to protect these so called 'Abnormals' from 'outsiders' better known as humans. What they didn't expect to happen was to protect them from other 'Abnormals' and themselves. 
  
  R.I.S.E has been battling for power for some decades now against humans who want to exploit their abilities and 'Abnormals' who decide to go rogue and use their ability to harm others. Now they must use their every resource to quickly find 'Abnormals' before they misuse their ability and train them to defend themselves before anyone else get to them.
  
  R.I.S.E: Abnormal, now several decades into the present, a girl name Min becomes the protagonist of the story, finding out how much bigger the world is than she originally thought. Secrets disguised as lies and people who aren't what they seem lurk around every corner. Min wants to find out what's hidden in the dark, not knowing that the light could be just as dangerous.

With the planet consisting of humans, their imaginations range far and wide creating various things for them to enjoy. Of course, some of the imagination can lead to rather odd fantasies, which can gather a lot of folks. The technology has progressed rather far along with the lifestyle of humans.....until a disaster struck. A famous technology company had the intent of creating a teleportation device allowing them to travel to the other side of the plant in a matter of seconds. The initial test seemed to be going rather well with multiple people easily going through it but an unseen electric surge changed everything. The portal started to go out of control causing one of them to exploded while the other one started to suck in everything around it. As one of the individuals was sucked through the portal, his body was reverted to that of a newborn child with all of his memories intact. After exiting the portal and landing safely in a thick forest, he saw that he was in the dead of night. Scared and confusion filled him as he had no idea where he was but what came the next morning utterly shocked him. After falling asleep upon arriving, he woke up and found himself in an odd house that he didn't recognize. As he tried to figure out where he is, the door opened as who entered was a woman with long dark hair......and a set or rather long bunny ears. Not only this, there were two other small infants sleeping next to him with one of them clinging to him. What is this world? Who are these people and what are they? Are there any other humans out there besides him? The answer lies with the passage of time.
