It's about a boy named Nobuhiko Sho and a girl named Hino Akari.They two are childhood friends.Akari is a young,unhealthy girl because she has a weak heart.She always has to go to the hospital and drink some pills.
Sho is very friendly to her.He always goes to her house and plays with her eveyday when he was a child.When they grew,they go to school together.
One day,Akari becomes to sick seriously.She disgorges some blood because it becomes worser and woreser.Sho becomes to worry for her.
Will she live here in this world with her family?
Can she live long with Sho?
