I have always been a planner. Never the girl to leap before look at the drop. The type to have a plan and then a back up plan for that first one. However, when I stormed up the stairs of Daniel's house ready to give him an earful I didn't have a plan. I didn't have a plan for what to do when he wasn't sitting at his corner desk. I didn't plan on going over to that desk and looking through his things. I didn't plan on opening up his science textbook. Didn't plan on seeing the large cut out in the center of all the pages. "Are you happy?" The question comes out of nowhere and throws me off guard... Because 3 months ago, before he attended that party, I would have said yes I'm happy... But right now, I'm not sure. "What do you mean?" "It's a simple question June... Are you happy?" "Y-yes." "Let me rephrase... Are you happily married?" "Why are you asking me all these questions?... I stand, and he stops pacing and just stares at me, I try to look as confident as I can, but inside I'm nervous as hell and dying to know what he's thinking. "I'm not..."
