Just like her name, Sky's always in the clouds. One minute, she's working on a school assignment or writing one of her killer songs, then the next, she's daydreaming away. All of her friends describe her as carefreee, happy and just a happy girl. She even has the perfect boyfriend of 9 months. Everything in her life was perfect.

Until her parents are killed in a car accident.

Sky's forced to move all the way across the country, away from her sunny hometown Tampa FL, to the cold city of Chicago to live with her grandparents. Not only has she lost her parents, but now she's 1,000 miles away from the only place she's ever called home.

That carefree, happy girl from Tampa turns into the awkward loner girl that works at the coffee shop across the street.

Who knows where a story like hers is heading?
