This is a Chekhov/ oc romance. Astrid Elizabeth George , the sixteen year old girl with the first names, just got accepted into star fleet. She broke the youngest Starfleet officer record and got assigned to the Enterprise! She's so excited, especially after she meet s Pavel Chekhov, the previous record holder.
