Clara's parents worry about her. She locks herself in her room and does nothing but obsessively study everyday. With each passing day, she grows more weary and more melancholic, they can't help but worry.
Clara's loves her parents dearly but their complete misreading of her situation has grown taxing over the years. Most likely due to their believing her situation is tantamount to a childhood daydream. She has a great deal of work to do if she ever wishes to become a Queen and such tasks tend to involve unpleasantness.
Thankfully, tea and quality time with her brother and godmother always calms her nerves.
