A world where the cure to cancer is almost possible, the public has no idea. if she dies it will come out that this program has been doing brutal testing on humans. She struggles with her mental heath because of men harassing her repeatedly and trying to sexually abuse her, but she has no idea what is real or not. The only other human on the program ended up on the shore of the other side of the world dead.
